SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE

Invitation for Pre-qualification REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA Package 1 Construction of the Pengambengan Nusantara Fishing Port (PPN) Bali Province Mode of Financing: Forward Lease Financing No. IDN-1055

1. This invitation for prequalification follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in IsDB’s website on May 22nd, 2023.
2. The Republic of Indonesia has received a Financing from the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) toward the cost of the Construction of the Pengambengan Nusantara Fishing Port (PPN) – Bali Province, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract for Integrated Fishing Port and International Fish Markets Project Phase I, which will be implemented by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Government of the Republic of Indonesia. It is expected that invitations for bid will be made in June 2025.
3. The following development and improvement activities from this package are planned to be built: breakwater and revetment construction, dredging works, land reclamation, office building, wharf and jetty construction, road and drainage construction.
4. Prequalification will be conducted through prequalification procedures specified in the Islamic Development Bank’s Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services under IsDB Project Financing, published in April 2019, revised in February 2023 and is open to all applicants from eligible source countries, as defined in the guidelines.
